Exercise Classes

We absolutely know, without a doubt, that it is really important to keep exercising as you get older.  A lot of research has been done on this and exercise has been shown to prevent many disease, lower the risk of falls, improve your general function and maintain mobility,  improve mental health and well-being, strengthen social ties, and improve cognitive function. So here at Renew Physio and Yoga we offer classes that enable you to participate in an exercise class that is tailored to you and can accommodate any aches and pains you may be experiencing


Seniors Strength and Balance Class

This is a class that combines cardio, strength, stability and balance exercises.  It is tailored to suit anyone at any level.  If you have not been a patient at Renew Physio and Yoga an initial exercise assessment will need to occur prior to commencing the class so there is a full understanding of your  current functional level and what it is you are looking to achieve.


Initial Exercise Assessment – 30mins – $90

Casual Class:  $22
Pack of 10 classes: $200 

Class is currently on every Tuesday 8:15am
